TMD...everyday got ppl spoil my mood...

The longer i am working here the more fed up i am with this job...
I hate serving customers especially those w/o brain, rude and ridiculous ones, yes i am working here, i have to provide good service but does not mean i can be anyhow scold, does not mean
they got the rights to "order" me to do something for they!!!!!

You are the one who wanna check something from me, you are the one who have to b polite in
the 1st place, you have to show respect to ppl who is going to serve you for the next few mins or rather for the next few days. I believed that you all are mature enough and most of you are highly educated, u dun understand what does "courtesy" mean meh huh ????!!!!!!

If you need more infor from me at least pls show ur respect and talk nicely, but not something
like this can??

"y ur company like tat? u cnt help me meh?" ofcos la, you didnt book from me, how the hell i know on ur
booking!
"i wanna know the total amount, u dun understand ar!!" Meanwhile i am checking for her e amount
"i wait so long ald, u not keen is it?" " what's ur name huh? if you dun wanna serve me, ask
someone else can?"

YES YES, i still have to serve you , i have to ans ur Qns, i have to b patient, even i am not
happy with you, i wanna hang up on you, the reason is i have no choice, i serve you is bcos of $$ not bcos of you are customer, you are so called "God" alright? dam it .. shit la.....

Sick of working here...sick of serving them....sick of the salary.... sick of everything...........
