nice pics... but lauzy day
early Morning my company dispatch this Malay guy pissed off, y? bcosi asked him to send this ticket which he collected for me yday & the voucher i issued today to a passenger's house and drop inside his letter box, but neowhat?he said: aiya, yday i collected the ticket for you y you didnt ask me to send? yday i was at tat area ma! then today have to go again." WTH!!!!! yday he just has e ticket he does not have e voucher wat, and yday i thought need to pass to the passenger personaly but not just drop in the letter box wat, i asked him to send tday y he talk so much, its his job can???!!! not i ask him to do me a favor!! all along i show respect to him even he is just a dispatch, even my other senior colleagues not show much respect to him, but i realised he always like to augue or shoot me back when i ask him to do something, including Mandy. Yes me and Mandy are junior in this company but does not mean he can anyhow say us. I am not going to let him bully me again lor, if he dare to say me i will definitely shoot him back. Fxxk la... i have this customer booked Sri lanka tour with me 1 week ago and bcos now is not safe to go so he decided to change to India tour. I changed for him and requested air seats for him and still waiting for the confirmation, he kept calling me asked me how's the airseats, come on la i just sent the request to the airline how can hey cfm so fast one? now is very very peak season can, everyday i have to call airline and ask them to push on that booking, and you know how difficult to get through their line? everyday i have to take about at least 15-20 mins to get through. he seems not trusted on me so he emailed my colleague to help him get the air-seats, end up my colleague still have to pass back to me. i was pissed with tat so i emailed him and told him tat I AM DOING it for him! this is not the end of the story lor, 1 hr later i got a forward email from my colleague and i was totally pissed off!! know wat ? few days ago he emailed me asked me hows the weather like in india? is there any heater? i replied him immediately. but ....... this forward email which my colleague sent to me is from him, he asked the same thing from my colleague again, and he got the same ans as wat i gave him lor... walau wtf man.... just now got one customer came down asked about Japan tour, but is the package from a XX company which i nv heard of, i told her my company only have ANA package no others, but she said she saw this advertisement that my company have that XX package, i told her mayb she saw wrongly but she insist tat she just saw it. fXXk la, only ANA can no others!!!!!!!!!!! wats wrong with all these ppl... are they no brain? damn pissed la.... TO Mandy : 555555 i am so stress and guilty now, bcos i help Mandy do her Vietnam tour Operation but i didnt key in all the ticket no. end up all e 4 seats cancelled. now have to rebook all the seats but all on waiting list. omg.... i am sooooo sori baby, i didnt know for this booking i have to key in all the tickets no. , i nv done this b4, so dun angry with me ya... :(
